Ms. Eshghipour joined CIC in September 1997 and served in various marketing and sales positions of increasing responsibility through June 2000 when she was appointed Manager-Investors Relations, and then in April 2002 Director- Investor Relations. Ms. Eshghipour was named Vice President - Investor Relations in March 2004 and promoted to her current position in August 2008.

In the investor relations assignments, Ms. Eshghipour established, and continues to maintain, a high level of effective communication between the Company, its shareholders and the general financial community, despite adverse market conditions and the challenges of an emerging business. In addition, she assumed the lead in developing highly effective press releases by successfully interacting within both CIC and the customer organization to gather meaningful content, led in organizing and actively participated in Investor related meetings, developed and implemented eMail campaigns aimed at both funds and individual investors and initiated and coordinated analyst briefings between the Company and several independent technology and market research firms such as Forrester Research and Gartner.

Ms. Eshghipour added areas of responsibility involve public relations, media relations and community relations activity.
