Russel L. Davis
Vice President-Product Development & Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Davis joined CIC in May 1997 and after successive promotions to Director - Product Management and Director-Product Development & Support, he rose to the position of Vice President- Product Development & Support in October 1998 and was then appointed Vice President -Product Development & Chief Technology Officer in August 2005.

In these positions, Mr. Davis led CIC product development efforts, involving both text entry and eSignature product lines, resulting in a significant increase in the Company’s overall revenue generation ability. This includes leading product planning and product development efforts through three generations resulting in an award winning suite of multi-model electronic signature solutions which address face-to-face, call center or web applications in either on-premise or hosted models of deployment reflecting a high level of product leadership and differentiation.

Prior to CIC, Mr. Davis served in a number of technical management roles including; Director of Service for Everex Systems, Inc., a Silicon Valley based PC manufacturer and member of the Formosa Plastics Group, managing regional field engineering operations for Centel Information Systems. He also served in the United States Navy supervising shipboard Electronic Warfare operations.

As CTO, of SiVault Systems, from November of 2004 to August of 2005, Mr. Davis enhanced his technology, market and overall domain space knowledge, prior to rejoining CIC as Chief Technology Officer.
